Unfortunately I can only go as low as 1 star. The experience getting my family heirloom table and chairs has taken over a month longer than promised and then was followed by a long list of excuses. There was no communication about the delays until posting direct messages to their instagram account. Phone calls and emails have gone unanswered.

We paid upfront for the repair of an Eames chair in June 2021 that was expected to be completed in 8 weeks. 8 months later, despite many calls, emails, and visits to the store to request the return of our furniture in any state of repair, Jason and Kelsey have not returned our chair or reimbursed us. When I scheduled appointments for the return of our furniture, CCR did not show up. That happened multiple times. They still have our furniture and make no effort to return it.

RUN - look up northwest_mcm_wholesale on Instagram, find the post with DOZENS of comments from past customers/partners revealing how this business steals from its consignors and customers (and has been covering its tracks for years), and look elsewhere (anywhere else) for your needs.

I couldn't figure out how to review using no starts so had to hit 1 star. CCR asked for money up front for cross country shipping, then they cancelled and promised to refund the money, but is now making me fight to get the money back. If they end up refunding I will post an update here. ****I am happy to report CCR paid me back my money owed through the help of an attorney.
