I've been going to Joel at Cream Automotive for over 10 years now, and I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. Joel is one of the most trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanics I've come across, he's always upfront and explains things clearly. Joel and his team are incredible and I'll never go anywhere else. Customer service never disappoints and I've never been happier with the work. Really hard to find a good mechanic as a woman, these guys go above and beyond. I send everyone here and you better try them too, I want them everywhere. They do up a list for you on what's absolutely necessary and what can be done at a later day, giving you much more budgeting room. You have total control, they're just brilliant. Thank you guys for always being the best.

Dropped off my Mazda 3 for a service and had a few noises to be inspected. Absolutely impressed with the customer service dealing with Joel and the team at Cream. Service carried out as well as few small repairs fixed, all noises gone and car was running perfect again all in the time frame he said it would be. Definitely will be back !
