My son in law ordered Mother’s day flowers. The flowers received were no where near what the online picture showed. I understand it’s a representation however arrived in a Valentines bag and left on the door step in rain with a 3rd of flowers that are shown on line. Purchased a Bouquet, £60 including delivery. It didn’t even last a week. Very disappointing, expect them to last longer at that price. All directions which were provided were followed. We have a £3.50 supermarket bought bunch which lasted a week longer. I have emailed them over a week ago now and not received any response.

I am really happy with the flowers I had delivered to my friend yesterday. They were beautiful, so fresh and colourful. I would definitely use Cream and Browns for flowers again. 😊💐

As I live abroad, I ordered a floral tribute online. I phoned Cream and Browns twice as I had some queries, and Karen was very helpful. I also sent an email query to which she promptly replied. I was informed once the floral tribute had been delivered. I highly recommend Cream and Browns. Very helpful and professional.
