I heard about the hype about this place from when it opened up in the South Bay a few weeks ago. I was a bit excited when I saw the construction signs pop up in downtown and was even more excited when I saw it finally open this evening. I popped in and saw that a good chunk of staff was still being trained, which is fine. I went easy and just grabbed a scoop of salted caramel ice cream over two sugar cookies, which was delicious.
