Many items broken when returned but many things also missing. There was no need to remove items such as washer/dryer (huge dent in washer now) refrigerator (quit working and had to replace myself) from premises but they did it for the insurance money. Was and still very unhappy with their work on “cleaning” my items after smoke damage. Have received two calls saying they found more of my stuff (since Aug of 2025) that have already been replaced. CRDN did an amazing job with our house. We had a tree fall through our roof and our entire upstairs needed redone. Not only were the repairs fantastic but the job that Brian did with handling all of the insurance for us. I just can’t thank them enough.
