Terrible. I will never recommend you use this location or this company for any services. I am a claims adjuster and my insurance recently used this company for services. The service was awful. They picked up my items, “lost” the information then dropped my items off at my side door outside in the snow. Then supposedly notified the insurance company that all items were in working order but never even checked out my electronics. I’ll be filing a BBB complaint but wanted to warn everyone. Great team that is responsive and cares for their customers belongings. I was able to refer one of my customers with high-end antiques to them and I knew that they would knock it out of the park for them.
My experience with CRDN of Northern Michigan was a complete disgrace. They brought a large amount of fire-damaged furniture to my property for what was roughly $16,000+ in restoration work, repeatedly pushed for expedited service, and knew from the beginning that prioritizing their project would interfere with my normal business operations.
