CRDN has done a great job on getting me all situated. My basement flooded and I had a bunch of clothes get ruined from the sewage water. CRDN then came in, gathered my clothes and grabbed my washer and dryer as well. They ended up running some tests for my washer and dryer to make sure no issues were found within the internal systems of them from the flooding and got all my clothes washed properly as well. My family and I are so grateful CRDN of North Central Ohio was available to clear out and to start work towards restoring our personal belongings. Management and Team members have been great to work with, they are professional supportive, and thorough.
Very well run company. The professionalism and compassion shown by Jim and his crew was incredibly comforting in a time of great stress and loss. Same as the other bad reviews except for the employees in the owners told me they'd have an itemized list .That is the only reason they were hired then they flipped it and said oh we had to pull it out no itemized list nothing and I made a stink about it so they sent out people and handed me a list with six items on it and basically laughed in my face and left.
Highly recommend this company! Jim Powers and his hard-working team really did a great job. They were very professional and provided excellent customer service!
