This people don’t deserve even one star. I don’t recomend them to anyone as their service is really horrible and they shouldn’t even be in the business. As other people mentioned most of my clothes and shoes were ruined and most of my clothes were shrunk too. When I told them about the situation they said they will have someone to pick them up and they will try to see what they can do about it. If i could give them a MINUS one million i woud HORRIBLE company!!! This company ruined most of my clothes and several expensive purses. My Insurance adjuster paid for very few of the ruined clothes, but they paid for something. After this company was paid I noticed my $400 Michael Kors purse ,DNKY, Coach to name a few purses were damaged the adjuster said that this company would have to pay me because they had already paid them which makes total sense to me.
