Please be very careful using this service. Make sure you inventory all the items they take and return. Our insurance company hired them. They took considerably longer then stated to return our items and then they did not return all the items. After 4 month we are still waiting for them to return my grandsons car seat which they keep promising to return. At this point I will be filing a small claims action to either get back the seat or have it replaced. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!
