Literally never picks up the phone
I’ve been calling since 9:30a.m and it’s currently 3:35 p.m a total of 162 calls. They have not answered and it’s ridiculous that not a single was answered over a time window of over six hours.
I called them if they can test me for Covid and they said yes. When I got to TMC12 they said we are closed and I should come in morning from 7:00 to 7:30. I was on the bed for two days. Not only this, I have been trying to see my provider for two months but no luck. Finding million dollars is very easy than finding my provider. Thanks God my getting out of Army.
