Back in 2023, My wife and I hired CRD for a whole-house remodel and construction of a two-story addition. We cannot say enough good things about CRD! We went through a kitchen and basement remodel during my third trimester with our second baby. The CRD design team was excellent, Amy and Lizzie recognized my vision and brought it to life with amazing recommendations to add additional character and function to our home! We've worked with CRD on two projects (so far) and are very happy with the results! I appreciate their fixed price model and that design and build are managed consistently end-to-end. I feel this business model helps ensure that CRD's incentives are more closely aligned with ours than in an alternate pricing model.
