He completely ignored my request for a crucial CT scan requisition and instead spent 30 seconds freezing a wart just so he could rush me out and bill MSP quickly. The doctor is very nice, patience, and explained everything in details. The environment is also very clean. Waiting time is very short. It was a very good experience.

我们约了四点半看医生，结果等了大半个小时才到我们。期间因为CRC门口只能停车一小时，我们还出去挪了车。后来因为孩子上课时间快到了，着急去上课，我们询问前台能否安排另一位医生看诊，或者更改看诊时间，前台一位戴眼镜的老年女士理直气壮地表示，温哥华地区所有医疗机构都会要病人超时等待，这非常正常，什么都改不了。另一位戴眼镜的年轻女士插话说她现在就催促医生快一些，然后她依然坐在座位上，没有任何催促的举动，手指甚至没有触碰电话或鼠标，明显就是把病人当傻子哄骗。我们知道CRC成立时间长，规模大，医疗资源丰富，还有中文服务的优势，但实在不应如此店大欺客。像这种需要病人等待超半小时的情况，前台工作人员其实早有预知，就像那位老年女士所说，都是前头病人耽误的，病人们都在等，到我们这种快到下班时间看诊的病人，累计等待时间就很长了。既然如此，那为什么不能完善一下通知机制，提前通过短信告知后边的病人，让人能合理安排个人时间？CRC前边一小时的停车时限，以及前台工作人员早就熟知看诊时间延后的情况，完善这项机制的主客观条件都具备了，完全可以避免病人超长时间等待，为什么不能完善？就因为缺少这个机制，某些前台工作人员将病人超长时间等待的情况视作理所当然，更有甚者毫无心理负担地嬉耍... read more
