We are really disappointed that we spent 10k on an evaporator cooler and installation that has not worked from day dot. Have asked and asked for it to be looked at to be ignored. We now have no choice but to go to OFT. We really gave them a lot of time and options to make good but have been ignored. Not much more we can do but write this review (and I am not a fan of writing a bad review without making contact with the company first)
