The service at this pharmacy today was unacceptable. I was told a 20-minute wait after dropping off my prescription. After waiting 40 minutes, I checked in only to find my medication had been sitting ready. No one bothered to call my name or notify me. When I brought this up, the staff member was dismissive and impatient, stating that it was MY responsibility to continually check if my order was ready.
