电话很难打通，等待时间通常大于5分钟甚至更长。我不确定是不是所有，但是其中一名接通电话的工作人员态度非常恶劣。我在那订购了一份接近三百加币的药物，说是药物送达可能要一两周的时间，但是直到付款后等待超过一个月（四周）的时间，依旧没有任何反馈。我打电话来询问进程，工作人员直接说不知道，让我自己想办法查，全程显得非常不耐烦。我继续询问细节，她直接说她只负责让我交钱，其他的她什么都不知道，也不管后续。我问她如果订单超过一年都没有送达怎么办，她说那就让我一直等下去。我不知道CRC到底有没有对他们的工作人员进行应有的培训和管理，但很显然，这名工作人员明显不合格。
Very rude pharmacist, speak as if they are superior, not knowledgeable and violating pharmaceutical regulations by keeping a waiting list for drugs with shortages in production and allow special people to jump the cue on the waiting list. People speaking a certain Asian language and use WeChat get special treatment. Terribly unprofessional!
