Good services, helpful staff. My doctor prescribed the medication which is not common and high dose, this is the only one pharmacy can offer me same day pick up in Richmond, I have tried to reach different pharmacies. Appreciate your help :)
The service at this pharmacy today was unacceptable. I was told a 20-minute wait after dropping off my prescription. After waiting 40 minutes, I checked in only to find my medication had been sitting ready. No one bothered to call my name or notify me. When I brought this up, the staff member was dismissive and impatient, stating that it was MY responsibility to continually check if my order was ready.
