We recently had a pipe break in our kitchen and have never dealt with a homeowners insurance issue before. From the start when Spencer and his team came out to do the quote I knew they were the crew to do it. After so much back and forth with insurance company Spencer helped us navigate the process and getting the info wher it needed to go and his team members on the jobs they needed to be on. Overall excellent company to work with. After a delay in job start due to unforeseen circumstances, Marshall at CRBR picked up the entire process himself and went above and beyond to make sure that things were handled correctly and efficiently. If you’re going through Reno CRBR, recommend working with Marshall directly - real deal, old school contractor.

I had both an unknown shower leak behind the shower wall and an O-ring leak in my kitchen sink sprayer that caused some flooding & microbial growth on the walls in 3 rooms. Everyone at CRBR was very cheerful & client orientated. I was very impressed with the quality of work & thoroughness displayed by three workers in particular.
