If I could give 0 stars I would. We hired CRBR after a water leak and flooding in our home. They have turned into a nightmare to work with. They appear to have done adequate work on the demolition of our home and the clean up so we then decided to allow them to begin the repairs. After 4 failed attempts at repairing our drywall, they again failed. What should have taken a few weeks took over 4 months of us not being able to use part of our home. Our experience with CRBR has been outstanding! We had a roof leak and water damage to the ceiling and a wall. CRBR immediately sent out Jose who got the ball rolling with our insurance company and they approved!!! Sean did an outstanding job with construction and getting all of the water damaged house parts removed! Sean even swept and mopped my hardwood floors and no trace was left behind! CRBR has been great! They took so much pressure off of a difficult situation with water damage in our house. They were there and helped through the entire process - mitigation, communication with homeowners insurance, demolition, repairs/construction. This would have been a major headache without CRBRs assistance. Jeremy, Jason, and Jose were all phenomenal help. The managers here like to take advantage of the elderly and scream and yell when they are caught in a lie. They’ll do a spotty job then attempt to charge you before the job is done.
