This place is garbage. Won't even let you pay your loan off if you have the money. Like what?
Don’t never use this auto loan to buy a car they will rip you off to your die. That’s how evil they are. I was very consistent in paying my car turnaround and pay $17,000 a pay off my car in less than a year. This people put on my credit that I was one month late which is a lie. I was only three days late and they charged me to pay that three day late fee, I was only three day late because that’s how long the check took to get to them which is my pay off check. Worst auto finance you can get they are thieves been interested is at 6% but been getting charged 25% for over 4 years they take 125 out of my 450 payment and the loan never seems to go down... horrible horrible bank
Their customer service is not so bad but their payment/ online banking is TERRIBLE. Do not use this bank. It’s better to get a higher interest rate from other businesses with overall better banking/ loan service.
I do not recommend this company. I would give zero stars if I could. Vehicle was traded in at dealer and a mistake was made from buying finance company which was in process of being corrected, in this companies greed and inability to work with us they reported us to collections for missing a single payment in a 30 day period. Bigger picture was the vehicle was in process of being payed off. Operators are rude and dismissive. Broken system allows them to get away with this. Sad..
