So sorry I used this company for my auto loan, big mistake! I paid all my payments on time over half way through my loan they sold it to an even bigger scam company Westlake Portfolio, who won’t take your payments so they can charge you late fees when you aren’t even late. They said I was set up on auto debit, I signed agreement for auto debit, then they arbitrarily cancel the auto debit so they can charge fees. I paid off a truck with them in 02/2023, they are reporting to the credit bearau that I have a charge off on this account, when they sent me the title and my balance should be $0.

I’d give 0 stars if possible. Paid off my vehicle and have been calling and trying to get title sent to me for over 4 months and I still haven’t received it nor been connected with anybody via phone who actually has an idea of where it is
