Paid off my car and still won’t release the lien
I’d give 0 stars if possible. Paid off my vehicle and have been calling and trying to get title sent to me for over 4 months and I still haven’t received it nor been connected with anybody via phone who actually has an idea of where it is
Poor customer service
We husband and I made are payments on time every month, they never notified us about this or even give us a chance to pay are auto loan off in full NOT A WORD TO US NO MAIL NO EMAIL, and they still they gave are Auto Loan away to a collection agency, that was a slap in the face I've never been more insulted in my life , don't trust these people they are not trust worthy!! they will drop in a heart beat!! A FULL STAR THEY DID''NT EARN I HAD TO GIVE THEM THIS STAR TO WRITE THIS REVIEW.!!
Avoid this bank at all cost. I was with them for about 3 years. Never defaulted. 3 months ago i was diagnosed with cancer and fell behind 2 payments. I tried calling them with no avail and without my knowledge, they sold my account to Westlake Portfolio Management. My car got repoed. Now, after Westlake (Mr. Maxwell) made an agreement to release my car to me for a $13500, which I sent to them, he changed my agreement and demanded I pay the full amount, which is $20,000.
