DON'T GO THROUGH THEM THEY TAKE DOUBLE PAYMENTS OUT OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT THEN PUT YOU THROUGH A BUNCH OF BS IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND THEY KEEP MAKING EXCUSES THAT THEY NEED MORE INFO THAT I HAVE SENT THEM. I WILL BE FINANCING THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE.
Please, for the sake of God, someone please tell me I am not the only one dealing with this crazy credit union on this topic! I usually use their mobile app to make my payments. Payments are due on the 15th of every month. All of a sudden, it becomes the 2nd of the month. Not only they'll charge me their crazy late fees, they are nowhere to be found. I have tried to get a hold of people here five times. Left messages, and no one ever calls back. They openly hose their "customers" if you do a web search for CRB Auto COVID using a computer you've logged into their site on you will see a result that says "we here at CRB Auto recognize there is uncertainty related to the global threat of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and some of our customers may face financial challenges....." Poor customer relationship. The attitude of customer service is a throw back to companies of the past. Employee response to consumer needs are a direct reflection of senior management which obviously lacks customer satisfaction policy. Stay cleat of this sweat shop. .
CRB gets one star because I have to give them something to do the review. They suck. They charged me additional interest that I know was not owed. These people are absolute crooks. Beware
Anybody in the comments who gave this company more than 1 Star is a bald-faced LIE!!!! These are truly the most incompetent individuals in the auto financing business. I’ve yet to encounter anyone as rude as what I’ve read in previous comments, thank goodness! Because it would not take much for me to deal with them accordingly! It appears that my experience is similar to everyone else listed below. I am not the type to leave a review but this terrible service has warranted a demerit. These people are criminals, reaching into innocent people’s pockets and taking advantage every chance they get. I wish I could go back five years and get my loan through anyone else. They are rude and should never be considered for business.
