Attended CrossFit for the first time, and Billy, the owner put me on game as far as my form and my problem areas. He was very descriptive with each workout and paid attention to me as I didn't know what I was doing. I was always under the impression that CrossFit was for people who were already fit but CrazyTrain made me feel at home and accepted! Looking forward to going back!
What an awesome box! I was there for the month of February and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Billy and Janae were incredible coaches and always helped with my workouts. They gave the true meaning of CrossFit community. Thank you!!
Es mi primera vez haciendo crossfit y estoy encantada con este lugar, Billy y la entrenadora desde el primer momento muy amables y pacientes, explican calma cada ejercicio la técnica y como debes hacerlo correctamente, si buscas un lugar para ejercitarte este es !! 10/10 💖
Hace exactamente 2 meses que comence a entrenar en crazyTrain crossFit, nunca pense que estaria mas de 2 semanas entrenando en este lugar, porque estoy sobre peso y me canso rapido, pero Billy y su equipo de trabajo son muy muy profesionales, y gracias a DiOs Billy HABLA ESPAÑOL porque mi ingles esta loco de entender. cada ejercicio Billy lo èxplica con calma y paciencia.
