I really love this beauty supply store, great selection, good prices, and it’s always clean and organized. However, I had a recent experience that left me feeling a bit disappointed. When I entered, I greeted the cashier but didn’t get a response. I appreciated that the owner acknowledged me, and I had a smooth checkout, but again, the cashier didn’t say anything, not even when I thanked her at the end. I just bought an item when I got home saw it was damaged. I went back to replace it but didn't have another one. I asked them to refund me. They told me I will not get my refund. They keep my money. They want me to get something else but I need the same article in good condition. They didn't give me my money back
The ladies were nice and helpful.. they gave me ideas and they have a points system.. everyone loves the hair, I will definitely return.. Thanx again 😁
Do Not Shop at this establishment! I repeat Do Not shop at this establishment! Take your money elsewhere! The owner Mr. Kym is a selfish, greedy, rude and inconsiderate individual!
