I would give them a ZERO if i could. I made a mistake on buying the wrong wig. I realized when i got in the car and immediately went back in. i asked could i return it and they told me its non refundable and i could get store credit. So i asked could i use the store credit to buy the right wig and pay whatever else is needed. He told me no and it’s final sale. I really love this beauty supply store, great selection, good prices, and it’s always clean and organized. However, I had a recent experience that left me feeling a bit disappointed. When I entered, I greeted the cashier but didn’t get a response. I appreciated that the owner acknowledged me, and I had a smooth checkout, but again, the cashier didn’t say anything, not even when I thanked her at the end. I just bought an item when I got home saw it was damaged. I went back to replace it but didn't have another one. I asked them to refund me. They told me I will not get my refund. They keep my money. They want me to get something else but I need the same article in good condition. They didn't give me my money back
