I did my homework on-line first then stopped in (with no appointment) to purchase a 12' utility trailer. Joe with sales was available right away to show me what he had in stock and explain the pros and cons of the various models available. He never once tried to pressure me into buying a more expensive model that I didn't need. That was very refreshing!
