If you need a trailer, this is the place to go. I had basically given up on good customer service in most places until I walked in the store. I was met with no pressure or fast talking sales people. I looked at a couple of trailers and left to go think things over. I returned about 45 minutes later to make my purchase. The paperwork process was smooth and flawless.
