Phoned to enquire about replacing a unit I thought was failing, after a quick chat and some instructions the unit is working normally again. Excellent customer service (even though I'm not yet a customer!) Highly recommended.

Great service, quick and prompt, was able to call after placing order to double check i had ordered the correct product and was able to send an image directly to staff to have them verify i had made to correct order. Above and beyond keep it up.
