Don't buy from them...had my house almost 2 yrs and so many issues that still haven't been fixed from the time was on my property...contractors came out 2x and because they didn't have correct parts they put back door upside down and didn't fix things they were supposed to and said they won't come back out a 3rd time. I would strongly recommend against shopping with this company. First, when we arrived, a lady ran out and started interrogating us before we even had the chance to get out of the car, which was not very professional. Then, we told them that I wasn't planning to move for a year or two, when I had the money to buy a mobile home, but that I wanted to do some research on how much a 3 bedroom 2 bath single wide used or repo would cost. We like our home we purchased, but a nightmare trying to get them to come fix things still under warranty. They make an appointment and then no show and no cancellation call. As soon as they got there money there service sucks. Our time is valuable too, but apparently not to Legacy Homes are Crazy Red’s. I voiced my concerns to them and at that point was treated rudely. Just be aware.
