Dishonest Pricing & Poor Quality – Will Not Return I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit. I specifically asked if the design I chose was included in the $75 +tax package for a shellac manicure and simple pedicure. I was clearly told yes. At no point during the appointment did the nail artist mention there would be any extra charges. But when I went to pay, I was suddenly charged $130— nearly double the price I was quoted. So so sad… I had the worse experience with CRAZY nails. After checking out of my awesome hotel, I arrived by taxi with all my belongings (many bags and even a suitcase!) at this salon that was highly recommended to me by other important businesses in the Ottawa city center. Absolutely love my full volume lashes ! They lasted well beyond our vacation. Swimming, beaches , water slides etc :) I was very happy not having to wear any makeup on our trip Thanks crazy nails !!

I have been going here for over 1.5 years. The customer service is excellent. They always call to remind me of my appointments. My nail tech is Kara- she is attentive and talented. I always get to many compliments on my nails after. As an added bonus, you also get complimentary drinks when you are here. My favourite salon in the city!
