Rob and his team at Crazy Nae’s are absolutely incredible! My Jeep needed repairs to pass an emissions test, and he went above and beyond to make it happen. He kept me informed throughout the entire time it was in the shop. What stood out the most was how honest and fair he was—something I didn’t get at the previous two shops I visited. Ordering and getting the new rear bumper was an extremely process thanks to Crazy Nae’s. Got put on the schedule and had it back in under an hour. Going to be returning again in a few weeks for more major service!
Been to Crazy Naes twice in the last two weeks for very different issues. Both times Rob went out of his way to get my daughter’s jeep back on the road. He stayed well after closing to make it happen! Rob is great and we will be back as necessary! It’s great to have found a mechanic that is dependable and as concerned about my daughters Safety! Took my wife's 2024 Nissan Frontier 4x4 to this establishment, because rough country listed them as a certified installer. Had issues from the beginning with weird. Noises and movement out of the lift. Took it back. They looked at it again, nothing was done still have problems. Took had to take the vehicle 2. Off road warehouse in marietta they just informed me that none of the bolts were tightened to speck. Or torqued properly, my wife drove this vehicle, and it was unsafe per ORW!
