Hope is hard as a coffin nail. She has a bedside manner comparable to a drill sergeant, but I see that as a good thing. She takes a lot of pride in the way she pierces. Will always go back.
I can not recommend Hope enough. My daughter had some sort of reaction a few years ago to her ear piercings we had done at a piercing studio in Seattle. We were nervous to try again, but she was ready. Hope came HIGHLY recommended by several friends and family and I'm so glad we found her. She asked a lot of questions prior to doing anything, set up an aftercare appointment to check how she's healing, gave us WAY more information on how to care for her piercings than we'd had before.
