Horrible attitude huffing and puffing about everything! Was more worried about credit card number than wanting to fix my golf cart!
Terrible Customer Service
Needed a last minute golf cart rental while visiting my parents in the villages and Cheri came through for us! She was great to work with. The golf cart that they provided was perfect for what we needed. They dropped it off and picked it up which was super helpful to us. I would definitely rent from them again.
Absolutely great service ! I had a problem with my golf cart for almost 7 months. Three companies were at my house and couldn’t fix it. All 3 charged me a service call and 2 put parts on I didn’t need; 3 more companies wouldn’t come to the house and then a friend recommended Crazy Gatorland. John was only here 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem and ordered 1 part. He returned a week later and my golf cart is finally fixed. Thank you John !
