Good pizza – There's a lot of pizza places in Boston, but Crazy Dough's is great! It beats the heck out of Stevie's just a few shops down. The only thing Stevie's has over Crazy Dough's, is they're open MUCH later. I with Crazy's was open a bit later, because sometimes you just need a good slice when everything else is closed. I don't know if they still have it now, but you used to get a pitcher of beer with a big slice at lunch for a great deal. Definitely check them out. Not far off Boylston and Mass Ave.

Crzay Dough disappoints...again – I had been to Crazy Dough several times for the Eggplant Pizza. I tolerated the staff watching TV and relished the free soda refills until...now. My last 2 visits they have been out of the Eggplant slices. These things happen however it is up to the managemant to make sure that the staff can tell this to the guest at the time of the order. On my most recent visit I found out after ordering that the Eggplant was 86'ed. i ordered a plain slice as the counterman gazed at ESPN. I got Pepperoni. ... read more

Not as good as I expected – After hearing the buzz about Crazy Dough's I decided to order in (can't review the interior of the restaurant). They delivered in less than the promised time. It seems Crazy Dough's specialty is its varied yummy sounding specialty pizzas. However, I ordered a plain cheese with mushrooms because I feel the true test of a pizza is how they do the basics. The pizza was reasonably covered with cheese, with a fresh tomato sauce. The crust was thin, the way I like it, on the crispier rather than soggy s... read more

Rueben Pizza! – We're becoming pizza connesieurs at work and I love this place. I was skeptical of the rueben pizza, so we got a small. I wish we went for the large because it was the best one we got. Even though they forgot the russian dressing. It didn't matter. We ordered 5 pizzas for a specific time and the delivery was right on time. The Tuscan pizza was great too.

One of the Worst I've had in Boston. – Do not get delivery from this place. My friends and I had to wait over an hour for a pizza that was stale and cold like it was made the day before and re-heated, only to come cold once it arrived. They seem to use that same cheap hard semolina crumbs like Domino's on the bottom of the crust so it doesn't stick to the bottom of their oven. After one bite I threw it away. What a rip off. Never again.

Really disappointing – My roommate hyped this place up a lot, so that may have something to do with it. We got delivery and it wasn't all that great. I didn't order pizza though, so my opinion may matter less. I got the chicken parm penne, which was very dissapointing. My understanding is that chicken parm is usually a nice chunk o chicken thas is breaded, fried, and then covered in melted cheese. What they gave me was grilled chicken mixed with tomato sauce and penne. It wasn't particularly good (and I don't think any healt... read more

The idea behind this Back Bay hangout: Put every Superbowl snack on a piece of crust and call it pizza. – In Short What's so crazy about Crazy Dough's? Its purported wackiness comes in the way of unconventional toppings (tortilla chips, salsa, bleu cheese, bacon) heaped to the hilt on less-than-stellar crust. Order slices, salads and soda at the counter, then watch rock videos while you wait. Exposed bulbs and faux-copper countertops yield a half-hearted industrial look, fresh from the pages of Ikea.
