What happened to customer service I called the shop to see if it’s possible they can deliver flowers to my girlfriend has full-blown enemies roses and is in a very sad mood scared and they will not even deliver her flowers for me while I’m at work is it just on the news out. I was a little concerned about just picking a random florist on Google, but since I'm not from Huntsville I had no choice because I really wanted to give my appreciation to a special family as quickly as possible. Oh my goodness! I'm so glad she was my random pick!! I had an excellent customer service experience. The arrangement I originally picked out was unavailable but they were still able to work with me. I haven't seen the arrangement myself but I've been told they were absolutely beautiful!! Thank you!
I called this florist to get something special delivered to my son there in Huntsville since I live in Austin. The circumstances surrounding the reason why I was having something delivered were a bit unusual but they made the basket so very unique and really paid attention to what he like while I was giving them some ideas and even added some special goodies and extra balloons. They did a spectacular job! Thank you so much for being so sweet and kind!
Lee went above and beyond! She truly made my great grandmothers 92nd birthday! 10/10 would highly recommend!
