This place has a great atmosphere, hospitality, and amazing food especially when Billy is cooking.

Great food and boozy cocktails! The brisket nachos were amazing! I think the only thing I'd do differently is to ask for the chips to be kept separate so that you get consistent crunch instead of fighting the clock against soggy chips.
