I have have used many audio system installers over the last 15 years and absolutely love this place. They are very affordable and knowledgable. I would not trust my audi A6 with anyone else and i have been to some of the most popular sound system companies from DC to Philly
EXCELLENT SERVICE and EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF!!! Growing up with modifying cars and upgrading the car's audio system, I know the difference between a professional reputable shop that does great work and what a "hack shop" or an inexperienced poorly run shop is. Was quoted a price over the phone, made an appointment three weeks out, dropped the car off and caught a ride to work with a friend. After not hearing from them I called to inquire if they had started the work - they hadn't. I asked if the keys were still under the tire - they were. So much for the appointment. Then I was asked how much I was quoted - that's unusual. After I replied he said "Well, that's not accurate, let me ask, do you have backup sensors because when the install is complete they won't work anymore". WAIT W... read more
ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER! Just Google them and you will see (Yelp, Facebook reviews, Yellows Pages etc.).
Do not go here! August of 2013 we had a DVD player installed in our car. It stopped working in February 2014 but we had a one year warranty on it. We took it in and they told us that it had gone "bad" and that we would have to ship the DVD player back and wait for a "new" one to come. Weeks and weeks went by without a call from them and we kept checking in to find out where the DVD player was. They never knew... I purchased a navigation system with a back-up camera from Insane Car Audio. First, the sales representative Luis quoted me a price and did not stick to the price upon completion of service. He also did not honor his promise of having the service completed by a certain time, in fact, the service took 2 1/2 hours longer than promised. Service here was outstanding.
Just had a professional window tinting job done at Insane Car Audio. I was looking for someone that sold 3M window tint. They are a 3M Dealer and I can understand why. They did a great job installing it. I would definitely reccommend them if anyone is interested in the best!
