We had a great experience with Warren. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough throughout the inspection and service. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made us feel confident in the process. Just met with Warren with Crazy Ant pest ctr., not only was he polite,& perfessional but very thorough. He asked me want type of bugs i was seeing or concerned about. What i really liked about this company, is they text or call me the day before to remind me of my appt., plus on the day of the appt., Warren called to let me know he was on his way to my place & would be there in 11 minutes. Crazy Ant has great customer service! They are very quick to answer your texts and calls. I am very happy we switched over from our previous pest control service to Crazy Aunt. Zach has been a very helpful technician - listens to concerns and addresses them every time.

Nate was so awesome during our first appointment! He is very knowledgeable, very professional and very easy to talk to! He explained very thoroughly what our service will cover and he was able to identify an ant issue that we have due to a crack in our driveway and what he did to address it and keep those pesky ants away.
