Great food! My Italian stack sandwich captured everything I love about an Italian sandwich, and amplified it! I can here with my fiancé because of the reviews and they were all spot on. Highly recommend this as the best place I've ever eaten in Somerset, or the surrounding areas for that matter. The soup is modestly named for how incredible it is. I got the chicken corn and it blew me away. Service was fast and friendly, which is always a huge deal to me.
This is a great little place to eat. I was meeting family and Somerset, PA was half way. Crazy Alice Cafe had great reviews so we decided to try it out. We stopped at a couple of places to do some business and asked about the cafe. They have a very good reputation in the town. We were not disappointed. Crazy Alice Cafe was a great meeting place. Homemade soups...the garden vegetable was thick and savory, imaginative sandwiches and I had the fried egg, cheese and ham on marble rye was great ..and decadent homemade cookies. Only complaint was finding the place. It's hidden in a little indoor mall .
Sad to see the Crazy Alice's closed in Somerset. They always had really tasty sandwiches, pastries, and coffee drinks. They also had good breakfast foods and a nice Sunday brunch. You will be missed Crazy Alice's.
