Charles is straight forward in all of his business. He can quickly diagnose most any problem and give a clear explanation of what it will take to fix it or if it’s even worth fixing. I will definitely continue to do business with him in the future.
Definitely five stars for charles! Charles helped my daughter and I when we needed it most. Her vehicle needed some special attention and Charles was able to take care of her vehicle and get it up and going! Charles thank you for your knowledge and skills!!!
I was having issues with my Audi. Nobody wanted to take on the hassle of working on it until I found Charles. Charles took customer service to another level and even picked up my car as it wasn’t drivable. He kept me updated on the car and what needed to be fixed. I was young and wouldn’t have been able to afford any crazy prices, but for the work Charles did, I’d say he is very reasonable! Good guy to trust with your car.
