I’ve been going to Craya for 2 years. She always puts the health of my hair first without comprising the style I want to achieve. She’s literally the best, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND CRAYA OR CBYCLUXE. I had a terrible experience that was handled extremely unprofessional. After driving 30 minutes, I arrived for my 8 am appointment, only to be told that I need to come back at 10:30 am. Craya stated she contacted me at 7:40 am. The appointment starts at 8, unacceptable (which she contacted the wrong number - which her assistant messed up).
