Extremely satisfied with the inspection. Was particularly pleased with the detailed information provided at the time of the inspection. Appreciated the face to face time spent going over the crawl space individual issues.

We purchased our house two and a half years ago that had had its crawl space encapsulated by Crawlspace Medic. Initially they did annual inspections for a reasonable fee, then this year they cut back their offering without any prior notification to us. They no longer proactively contacted the customer to schedule inspections. Additionally dehumidifier check and filter replacement now required additional charges. A definite step back in service level.
