Working with Colin was a great experience from the beginning. The first day he arrived, spoke with me before going into the crawlspaces, and explained a lot as well as answering numerous questions. He did not rush. He went into the crawlspaces and stay for an hour. He is very thorough. He has always answered and returned phone calls, texts and emails.
