We found that there was some work to be done under our house like insulation falling down. We contacted four companies, each responding out for an inspection and suggestions on what to do. We were made aware of many concerns that we were unaware of. My wife & I were not familiar with the encapsulation process but it was determined that this was the right direction to go. Great service from start to finish. My crawl space definitely needed work. Needed to have some wood replaced, new insulation, area treated, encapsulated and dehumidifier installed. Very pleased with the outcome .
Had a great experience with Crawlspace Medic a few weeks ago. The arrived promptly for the estimate, offered flexible scheduling, completed the job in a timely fashion (including a new crawlspace door and new humidifier), cleaned up after themselves, and were professional the entire time. We also used their recommended electricians, but I don't remember their business name.
