Bill was fantastic. We had originally had the crawlspace inspected, and that inspector was not very forthcoming with information. He just told us to expect the WDIR report via email. Needless to say, I was very put off. We called Crawlspace Medic for a quote to remediate. Bill came out and I was almost immediately set at ease.
