I was pleasantly surprised that they didn’t try to sell me a dehumidifier and extensive system upgrades because our crawl space was dry and didn’t need it. Seem like honest folks and the work was done well and there were no surprise charges. Highly recommend.
Jon and his team saved my house. They are experts at finding the solution to a problem I didn’t even know I had until it was to late. Stephen, Tristan, and Jesse worked diligently and finished ahead of schedule, they accommodated my children and I can’t express how grateful I am that they were able to salve this problem. Prior to buying the Home, we found there was no vapor barrier and some mold starting. the crawlspace had several cubic yards of construction junk. John, the owner, gave us a Fair bid, was always responsive to my emails and text and scheduled three days to finish the work. The two technicians, Tony and Cody, were extremely Efficient and respectful. If it wasn’t for all the noise of the junk getting moved Out, I would’ve not known they were here.
