I have had moisture issue in my crawlspace where humidity has been extremely high and it has caused for mold to form. I called Crawlspace medic and got the opportunity to work with Ryan. He has been wonderful to work with. He always takes my calls, doesn't rush me or pressure me to spend more than I need to. He is very clear on what is being done and how it's being done. I highly recommend Crawlspace medic should you have any issues in your crawlspace.

Overall a positive experience with Crawlspace Medic. They were the first company to give me an estimate, of the 6 crawlspace companies I had come out, to assess the water intrusion problem in my crawlspace. I should say that all of the reps from all of the companies were polite, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. This includes Ryan, the rep from Crawlspace Medic. Ryan was the sales person and Ray did my install. Ryan drew up a common sense approach to solve my humidity and water issue in my crawlspace. Ray did the install in August and I am sure it wasn’t comfortable under there. He communicated daily on what the goals were and how it went. The work was completed as scheduled. Ryan is returning in a few weeks to check the moisture in the floor joists and the general humidity. Overall it was a very good experience.
