Even heard from Lance the owner to see if we had any other questions before making our decision. Hired Crawlspace Medic Macon for a full encapsulation at my 1870s home — full liner, dehumidifier, new sump pump, big job. Ryan managed the job. I'll be honest, I came home to standing water on the liner after the first rain and was not happy.
