I was having real high humidity in my crawl space (80's and 90's - I put a bluetooth hygrometer in there to check). I wanted to fix that before damage was done. Also I discovered during heavy rain, there was ground water coming up into the crawl space. I got some quotes for crawl space encapsulation and Crawl Space Medic of Louisville was HALF the price of some other quotes.
