I had to have my entire crawlspace completely redone. I had horrible water issues and black mold everywhere! Crawlspace Medic came to my aid and completed the job in a remarkably short amount of time. They removed and cleaned all the mold. Encapsulated and sealed the crawl space and put the drains in around the entire foundation. Then they added two dehumidifiers and two some pumps; an incredible amount of work! Rolando, Orlando, and Taylor did a great job of encapsulating and cleaning our basement - a long-overdue project. They were timely, pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend them!
We had two houses done - one just an encapsulation and the other was an older house that needed major structural repair from years of termite damage and other wood issues. Both jobs were handled quickly and professionally.
The best customer service I’ve experienced in quite a long time! Chris Boswell came out when promised and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He was very patient to answer all my questions. He took the time to explain everything in detail to me and his communication through this whole process was excellent! He kept in touch and returned when promised to correct the issue.
Orlando, Rolando, and Dakota did a great job fixing our crawl space. They were punctual, polite, cleaned up the work area, and explained everything they were doing.
