we had our crawl space encapsulated in October of 2022 for 10K. Our main issue was a strong crawl space smell permeating through the home. There was mold growth in the crawl space as well. They assured us this would stop mold and help the smell. After the encapsulation (the next day) they had to come back and redo the entire vapor barrier. We had an excellent experience with Aaron at Crawlspace Medic from start to finish. They installed a sump pump, perimeter drains, a dehumidifier, and fully encapsulated our crawlspace. Crawlspace Medic performed a full crawlspace encapsulation with sump pump and dehumidifier install. I am very pleased with the work performed and the crew who did the job. They were courteous, punctual and made sure they cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
