Great experience with the whole team! Great attention to detail, made sure the job was done well, followed up several times to be sure all was well and my wife and I were happy. My garage is so much more usable and no more condensation on expensive tools, gym equipment and cars! Great team and I highly recommend.

We hired Crawlspace ER in September 2025 and paid $17,159.08 for a full crawlspace remediation, including structural repairs, microbial treatment, encapsulation, and a dehumidifier. We were pressured to pay in full the same day the work was completed and were told everything was properly done and under warranty. I had the best experience ever with a company that came to work on my house. No other company could do the work because of the amount of water in my crawlspace, and I didn’t have the upfront money to pay the deposit since I’m on a fixed income. When they came out and saw the condition of my crawlspace, they started two days later and let me make payments with them until I was paid off. This company is withholding our money with no work being ever done. They ignore our calls and emails and is very untrustworthy. Absolutely would not recommend but I will gladly update if theres any changes. This has been going on for almost 3 months and they still have a substantial amount of our money(deposit). Disgraceful way to operate a business.
