I am so elated! My home developed a musty smell and it was making me sick. I needed someone to determine if I had any leaks or mold in my home. They recommended tearing out the insulation in the Crawlspace, putting in foam insulation, encapsulation and venting. They were professional, thoughtful and thorough. I am so pleased with the results and no more musty smell!

We’ve hired Crawlspace Doctor for two separate jobs, and been extremely happy with both. We previously paid another local company to encapsulate our crawlspace, and found out that they did an awful job. Erik was wonderful in helping us remedy the situation and solve our moisture issues. He is organized, prompt, and easy to work with. I’ve already recommended him to friends and will absolutely use him again.
Erick was extremely helpful in diagnosing the issues with our craw space. Explaining what we needed as well what we didn’t need. His installation crew is very courteous and professional. Showing up on time and keep us advised as the work was performed. As well as cleaning up as the work progressed.
