Brad and Crawlspace Doctor were excellent. Competent, professional, courteous, and clean. It was clear at the outset that Brad had years of experience and was shooting straight - I loved that. I had already gotten several bids but went with Crawlspace Doctor with confidence - and they did a terrific job. (It didn't hurt that their pricing was great, too!). When a seam separated a few years later they came and took care of it without issue - they stand behind their work! I recommend them with no reservations.
Had my crawlspace encapsulated by Brad and his team, and I'd very highly recommend working with them! Brad is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient with my many questions. His team did a great job and Brad was super communicative throughout the entire process -- our home already feels dryer and warmer! Plus it was a great value!
