First of all, I cannot thank the CSC team during the whole process. Jake was our first contact. Extremely polite and professional. He did the inspection and we had a several alternatives presented to us. We chose the best alternative. Secondly, CSC customer service was great. Rhonda was helpful and we had a start date promptly. Let me say our crawlspace was a mess. Dirty, wet, insulation hanging down. I definitely did not want to go down there.
