Kas and his company, Crawlspace Bandits, deserve far more than five stars. He is, without question, the best contractor I have ever worked with. Kas took on the enormous job of relocating our entire HVAC system from the crawlspace to the attic and installing all new hard ductwork. Our house made the project exceptionally difficult, with concrete plaster over metal lath ceilings, tight corners, limited access, and plenty of dirty, unpleasant work. I appreciated how hard they worked to get project done on time. Very open to keeping us aware of schedule and keeping all debris picked up as we have a dog. I would have no trouble hiring them again if there was a need.

If I could give Kas and the team at Crawlspace Bandits 100 stars, I would. We hired them for a massive project — removing all of our old ductwork from the crawlspace and basement, relocating and servicing our furnace and AC unit, installing brand new hard pipe ductwork into the attic, plus running an RO water line and Ethernet cable — and every single part of the experience exceeded expectations.
