Jay, a nurse at this clinic was incredibly rude to my daughter this morning. She turned up to collect a repeated prescription for the pill and didn’t realise she had to call first. My daughter realised she had made a mistake and admitted so. Instead of saying “oh yes please call first”. She was unnecessarily dressed down and spoken to in an incredibly condensing manner. This place doesn't get enough credit, perhaps because some people feel awkward talking about sexual health. But there's no need — the team are friendly, professional, and completely non-judgemental. They’re great at matching the tone of the conversation, whether you use medical terms or plain language, so it always feels comfortable. The clinic is spotless, appointments are easy to book, and they’re clear and kind about what happens next.
Had my IUD removed by nurse Ellen. Great service and lots of knowledge, I felt welcomed and confident in her work and everything went smoothly.
