Since Dr. Crawley and her receptionist retired, this practice has gone to the dogs. New doctor, Dr. Parisa Airia, is never available for a phone appointment (during COVID-19), and certainly never in person. I was advised by her receptionist over the phone to go to the emergency department if I didn't feel any better, so that is what I did. New owners admin is the worst. Just to reiterate, they booked me an appt 3 weeks in advanced on a day they were CLOSED & didn't inform me.
This doctor office used to be great . Until dr Crawley and vivian retired . I left several messages to book an appointment and still haven't heard back from anyone in the office. It states on the voice mail someone will contact u back in 24 hrs but it has been a week and a half and still no call back . What is going on ? Should I look for a new family doctor.
