First time i came here because I fractured my ankle...couldn't fault the nurse who saw me, she was so lovely, helpful and amazing. Today however...the nurse I saw because my boot had broken and needed a replacement...rude!!!! Unprofessional! Unhelpful! Why work in a care sector if you don't want to be caring and helpful?? Change your attitude. I only wish I took a look at the name badge to make a formal complaint!

Arrived with my son with broken hand after a Motorcross accident. Seen, X-rayed and bandaged up in two hours! Staff all kind, caring and friendly. Amazing—. Thank you!

Very good experience today. This was my very first visit to A&E in all my 30+ years. 😄 With almost no wait. From check in at the reception and applying bandage just little bit over hour. Very caring triage nurses and quick xray. Thank you for your work

Being told that we would be seen in 2 hours and it's been much more than that, others being seen to nearly straight away or 30 mins after. The service is ridiculous

A little bit of a wait but once I was seen the Doctor was fantastic, (only downside being the chairs in the waiting room are not meant for comfort) Overall a really great experience with some lovely receptionists.
